Generic API

The following routes are available for this service:
POST/api/{DomainName}/advancedcustomviews/{AcvName}Executes the given ACV and returns the results
POST/api/{DomainName}/advancedcustomviews/{AcvName}/{TableName}/custom/{Kind}/{CustomViewName}Executes the given ACV and returns the results

To override the Content-type in your clients HTTP Accept Header, append the .xml suffix or ?format=xml
